Where can I find my documents?
You can find your Van Insurance Policy Book in our Customer Portal.
When you purchased your policy with Hughes, we will have sent all of the documents you need by either post or email depending on what you told us you would prefer.
How can I send my No Claims Bonus?
When you take out a policy with us, we will need to receive proof of your No Claims Bonus or Named Driving Experience within 30 days.
You can upload it in our Customer Portal or you can find more information in our Help Centre.
If you are involved in an accident, whether it was your fault or not, M.I.S. Claims will handle the claim on your behalf.
