Hughes Insurance is largely made up of contact centre employees who sell and service insurance products to our 120k+ customers. Our philosophy is that if we look after our employees, they will, in turn, do their best for our customers and our business will look after itself. Woven through the DNA of our business is a binding bond between people. Our people often describe our culture as a “family”.
Having been in operation for over 45 years many of our people have grown with Hughes and have long established relationships with colleagues. We try hard to harness this sentiment and embed the same experience for new hires by building a nurturing and supportive onboarding programme.
